Create an "exception" for it in your antivirus.
How you do this varies depending on the antivirus program, but generally it will be some form of going to your quarantine list, "restoring" the file, and "allowing" it or "excluding" it from testing.
The other option is to just turn off your antivirus, install Rainmeter, and turn back on your antivirus. To be honest, it's more trouble than it is worth to create an "exception" for a file you are only going to ever install one time anyway. We are just going to have another one tomorrow, and it is likely to be flagged by that crappy McAfee stuff as well.
Tomorrow will be the "release" version of Rainmeter 3,2, and if it flags that, you are in fact going to want to create an exception, since you are likely to install that more than once over time. You will probably also want to report the "false positive" to McAfee, so they can correct the issue.
