In the last time I had sometimes situations where a IfValueChangeAction would make some things easier.
Like execute a bang every sec/min/hour. Or if a feed reader is changing his value. And especially for calcs. or or or ...
So what is IfValueChangeAction ?
It means, everytime a measure (Time, Calc, Script, maybe Plugins, ...) change his value it execute a bang.
(Or maybe with a shorter name )

I would like to see this feature. There's a trick with a calc measure and a variable, but that only works with numbers. Then there's a lua script but it would be nice not to have to do that.
