Hi all... been lurking for a while but this is my first post and my first public attempt at a Rainmeter skin. I have done an other Weather skin similar to the one in Enigma (I think) but I used Environment Canada's website (since the feed in Enigma wouldn't return the infos I was looking for) but it turned out buggy because of the HTML... nevertheless, may I present you with my first public skin : anelectricQlock. It is inspired/copied from QlockTwo by Biegert & Funk Product. I currently have two versions available : A one line 1680px wide qlock and the original Squared shape Qlock. Both of them are in English but I am currently working on a French version for both. Also working one different width for the one line one (1280px, 1900x, etc). Please install the font provided with the zip. Feedbacks, bugs and suggestions are welcomed. Thanks for taking the time to provide me with feedbacks. Attachment:

UPDATE : In case I forget to put the font file in future releases, the font name is Futurist Fixed-Width and can be found here.

Very nice! I've always love the simple, yet unorthodox methods of time telling. Keep up the good work!

Thanks to you both. But I didn't come up with the original concept. I only applied the concept to Rainmeter.
It seems to work with both the 12-hour and 24-hour format, which it took me a while to make it work.
Also, it's not as customizable as I wish it would be. I mean, you can change the colors, but as soon as you change the font size, all the coordinates need to be changed. Using relative coordinates doesn't seem to work in this design.
Anyway, i'll try to work on the French version (me French, me will probably want a French one) and maybe a very simple version of it that only display time without the "un-highlighted" digits :
8:15 -> ITISAQUARTERPASTEIGHT

It's in the comments for the article about the physical / mechanical version of this clock they posted about yesterday. http://lifehacker.com/5373272/build-a-wallclock-that-displays-time-in-plain-englishSearch for "anelectricmind" to find it in the comments. WOW! Thanks! (my own 15 minutes of fame on the internet! an lifehacker nonetheless) Thanks all of you guys, I really appreciate the feedbacks. But like I said, the idea is not from me (all credits given in the rainmeter skin)... I just applied the concept to Rainmeter.

Thanks. Not much to do. 1. Install the skin 2. Install the font provided in the zip file 3. Restart Rainmeter (so it can see the new font) 4. Select the skin you want - square or vertical line. For now, I haven't found a way to make it customizable. The X coordinates of each numbers are font-size dependant. If you experiment a bit, you'll see that if you change the font size, everything is messed up.
