The purpose of this skin is to create a completely customizable circle app launcher that is scalable for use with any background image. I wanted a launcher that would hide the items until they were needed, and display them on a background that I wanted. Obviously this would necessitate moving the images to where I wanted them on the background images.
The circle size can be any size. The skin will evenly distribute the icons around the background image in a circle. You can set the number of images that are displayed. The images can be scaled to any size. By default there are 16 images on the circle.
Each image can be either a folder or a static link to a program. Each folder can contain 4 sub items
