Go to Rainmeter installation folder.
Right click rainmeter.exe
Select Copy
Open start menu
Open programs
Find the folder Startup
Right click the folder
Select Explore all users
A window will open
Right click on an empty space in the newly opened window
Select Paste shortcut
Right click rainmeter.exe
Select Copy
Open start menu
Open programs
Find the folder Startup
Right click the folder
Select Explore all users
A window will open
Right click on an empty space in the newly opened window

Re-run the installer and check "Start Rainmeter with Windows" (or whatever it says). The installer won't change your skins.
