[BUG] Flickering after !Refresh

As I said, I can reproduce it. Somebody of the devs just need to confirm it is really a bug, and I still think you can avoid !Refresh Spamming. When a user adds a note, you need to refresh once

I'm sorry, this is my mistake, i read as you can't reproduce bug.
I don't do many !Refresh, only once, but i really hope Developers will fix that.

Dammit! I thought this was a permanent change. I just finished updating all of my skins to use dynamic variables and set variable to remove 90% of my !Refresh bangs. Oh well. At least my skins are less CPU heavy now.
