It is supported! Try downloading the Soita skin on the first page

heh, nice, i used some skin that doesn't have progress meter set,
changed the Soita skin, working good

Rainmeter and all my skins get super slow when Spotify isn't open.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Close Spotify
Close Rainmeter
Start Rainmeter
All skins and Rainmeter itself should be moving really slow.
Start Spotify
Skins are working fine now.

New version!
The lagging issue when Spotify is closed should now be fixed. Several other possible bugs fixed as well.

but i'm having problems getting Shuffle and Repeat working, could you post an example skin showing basic usage of them?

Your modified Soita skin doesn't show an example of Shuffle or Repeat
I'll keep trying to figure it out, but everything i try to make shuffle toggle just crashes Rainmeter.

My mistake, i misunderstood you completely
Actually toggling shuffle/repeat/play etc has not been implemented yet. So far its just a meter option that returns 0 or 1 depending on the state. Plans have been made for fixing this and implementing bangs, and since the plugin has been doing rather well lately, i will look into it now.
