The problem might be because you have "Update=-1". I think the same thing that I described in this post.
Basically, the plugin hasn't finished saving all the icons before you updated all your meters, and since your skin doesn't update on its own, Rainmeter never loads the "new" icons.
Just to let everyone know, there will be some changes in the next release version of this plugin. Indexing will no longer be zero-based, but one-based to match indexing from other measures (like Webparser). So, you will need to increase your index number by 1 after the change.

It is the 1.1 latest version, which will be updated as needed in the context of the Rainmeter build going forward. It uses "one-based" indexing, so 1, 2, 3.
