Any help with this background/rainmeter skin?

sorry im relatively new to rainmeter and i cam across this skin and desktop while searching the web but cant find any information on either of the two. and if the skin is a default one i havent checked yet and am sorry in advance for wasting anyones time.

I'm not sure about the dock (possible RD or OD) but the meters are from the Enigma skin.
