The "solution" here had nothing to do with the skin spanning the whole screen or having a large monitor as incorrectly mentioned. The OP simply put his time skin at off screen coordinates because he wasn't able to drag it using CTRL on the white text areas as advised, nor use the correctly implemented text coordinates already described - a consequence of rating getting to know how to use Rainmeter a "low priority" and a "tremendous effort" to do. Just putting this here to avoid any confusion by future readers of this thread.
